Jamko Foundation is becoming a certified California Youth Apprenticeship (COYA) for 16-24 year olds.

Program Trainees successfully complete STCW Training Location: Cal State University Maritime, Vallejo, CA Fall 2022.

Boatswain Evan Hastings (ret.) is a licensed maritime instructor with over 30 years of experience at sea, including 27 years with the Military Sealift Command and three years in the commercial sector with the Seafarers International Union and National Maritime Union.
